IN NATURE EVERYTHING HAS A PLACE:

Caring for the natural environment and complying with applicable regulations, all retail outlets for new lead-acid batteries are obliged to:

1. Take a used lead-acid battery free of charge when selling a new one. A used lead-acid battery or a single cell of an industrial lead-acid battery is post-consumer waste when it retains basic structural elements.

2. Collect a deposit fee of PLN 30 per item and confirm its collection on a document confirming the collection of a deposit fee if the buyer fails to deliver the used lead-acid battery at the time of purchasing a new one.

3. Refund the deposit fee collected within 30 days of purchasing the lead-acid battery. The basis for reimbursement is the delivery of a used lead-acid battery and a document on the collection of the deposit fee referred to in point 2.
